Wednesday Bootcamp with Melanie 6.15-7.15pm

Thursday Pilates (Mixed) with Mairead 7.00pm-8.00pm

Friday Bodyblast with Sabrina 6.15am-7.15am

Pilates (Mixed) with Mairead 9.45am-10.45am

All classes are €7.50 PAYG OR BLOCK BOOK (4 WEEK BLOCK) €30 OR €25.00 TO GYM MEMBERS
