Mairead’s Core Pilates

Join Mairead for her Core Pilates Sessions at The Termon Complex.

Tuesdays    11.30am   (Ladies Only)

Thursdays    7.00pm

Fridays    9.45am

This is a great class which suits all levels of fitness.

If you have back or neck problems or simply want to get fit again & tone up this is definitely the class for you!

Now introducing the pilates ring into your workouts. This equiptment increases the effectiveness of the pilates on toning the muscles.

Zumba with Dylan Quinn

Join Dylan Quinn on Tuesday evenings at 7.15pm for his Zumba Fitness Class at The Termon Complex.

Zumba is a fitness class based around dance. Keep moving and enjoy this great fitness class with the beat of music to keep you motivated.

You don’t need to be a great dancer to feel welcome at Zumba, just enjoy this amazing workout.
